Do you really excel in the workplace? An excellent worker is always on time, respects authority, doesn’t gripe or grumble, and shows respect for everyone. This is the employee who can be completely trusted. Everyone knows that no earthly king would employ anyone except the very best of servants. Well, we serve the King of Kings… there is none higher. So we need to be the best of the best. Now is the time to make a personal commitment to excellence. Start by mastering the job search process. Go after the hidden job market even though it’s a challenge. Take the time to practice your interview responses. Work to excel at this process, and become an excellent witness for the Kingdom. You will not end up in obscurity; you’ll end up in a palace.
